Deliciously smooth and creamy cheese, Vintage Organic Cheddar is a multi-award-winning cheddar covered in a distinctive burgundy wax.

The cheddar is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months.  At that point the very best cheese are selected to be made into award-winning truckles. It has a rich depth of flavour with a smooth texture. All of these cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives, and they are suitable for vegetarians.
