Brie A La Truffle
Brie, but not as you know it. Beillevaire
has added a thin layer of black
truffle mixed with mascarpone to the
mushroomy Dongé Brie-de-Meaux to
create something altogether richer and
more decadent.
Made from pasturised cows milk this soft cheese has a bloomy white crust which starts to mottle as the cheese matures. the interior of the cheese develops from a chalky state to rich and runny when ripe, it has fine layer of black summer truffles through the centre of the pate, making it a truly decadent and indulgent cheese.
